I have the Sharp Aquos LCD model LC-20S1US. Whenever i watch television chinese in a black box pops up?

It has happened for the last week? It continues to add non english info to this black box that pops up. If i restart the tv it goes away only to reappear a few minutes later. This does not happen to any of my other tvs connected to my cable. What do i do to fix this?
