My hamster is hardly moving?

I think you already figured out what was wrong with her. The plastic could be lodged any where inside of her. It sounds like she is in trouble and you may want to take her to the vet. If it is the plastic, there may not be anything that they can do. I hope I am wrong and she jumps up, all better and ready to play!
