Why don't people believe me on Runescape?

I say i'm a super high lvl guy's seller and i can make them become a moderator if they give me there p. Then i tell them all these stories about how great it will be and that they can kill players by typing commands. ^.^........i've only gotten one guy before sold his stuff and gave all the money to a friend. I also changed the p. I'm not a RS player, i do it for my friends but i do have a love for tricking newbs outta there hard work once in a while.
