What does Mel Gibson's rants say about how White men treat their women and other groups?

I mean White men are always trying to make other groups appear tyrranical to their women just so they can sleep around more. Sometimes they are after Arabs, other times Black men, when you watch older movies its Native American men, sometimes it is Chinese men in recent movies. They always show them ill treating the women until the big brave White man steps on the scene. Does this rant crack the fascade and show the truth?
