Is a gift of property given during my marriage considered a shared et?

My parents have given me a property by years of gradually shifting to me their ownership in percentages equivalent to their annual maximum gift-tax- exclusion ($26,000 a year for two people) during my marriage over the past several years. If we divorce, is this property granted to my name as a non-monetary gift still considered a shared et and my husband entitled to half of it?
