Unknown scifi episode.?

Hi i saw an episode of a series that i just cant remember a few years ago. it was about a spaceship which was somehow td above a planet on wich time went on faster. and the crew send down someone for a few seconds and he had to spend 7 or so years on the planet. Then the planet attacks the ship. Can anyone please tell me what film or series that was?
