Can my mom get my son taken away because I owe her money and bc we are living with my boyfriends parents?

aww im sorry you are having a hard time with your mom again..... anyhoo... she cannot get your baby taken away just for owing her money, however if she makes up lies then it is possible for them to call to investigate you.... My kids father did that to me once when the kids were infants, they came out and inspected me once and i havnt seen them yet. But for right now you need to cover your @ss. Does your child have his own room? if not, is there a way to make it so he has his own room? they can sometimes take the fact that you got laid off into account and are in transition of moving, to be on the safe side make sure you keep the house semi clean and tidy just in case, make sure you guys always have food in the house, and the kid is up to date on like well child checks and immunizations at the dr so you have dr files saying he is healthy... as well, first thing in the morning go to the police station and make a harrment report, tell them she is threatening to harm you and your baby because you owe her money and she will not stop calling and harring you... this will be a good place to start even before a lawyer that way you have a police record reported on her harrment towards you and IF cps were to get involved on her account they will have to take a harrment report into account if she is constantly harring you like that, stop taking her calls, and let them go to voicemail that way if she leaves a nasty message on your phone you will have that as evidence as well.
