Can you get a criminal record for "ingesting" magic mushrooms in Australia?

and how do you know you have a criminal record? like what happens when you get one? and if you tell the cops that you have taken magic mushrooms will they charge you? even though u have not got any on you? is it possible to detect it in blood sample?
