My friend is over confident and it's getting to be very annoying.?

One of my very dear friends is getting really annoying. She is EXTREAMLY judgemental. Frankly she doesnt have the room to be. She is about 5'1, 285lbs and not that attractive. She is constantly saying "I only will go if there is hot guys there." (If I invite her with me somewhere) Apart from that, any time myself or another friend is talking about a guy she will say "Is he hot or not, if not then I dont want to hear about him." Also she puts women down all the time. If we are out for dinner and a woman walks but that is like 120lbs. She will say "OHH MY GOSH HER BODY IS SO GROSS!! SHE IS SO UGLY!!!" She does this to a lot of people. A friend of my neighbor thaught she was attractive and he was a great catch for her. Kinda cute, great person, great job and she said "EWWW NO WAY!!! Look at him and look at me!! There is no chance in hell!" She picks women that are a lot prettier than her and talks of how ugly they are?? I have talked to her...... What else can I do???????
