Can having bronchitis make you miss your period?

My last period was Jan 29, 09. I had with my boyfriend on Feb 14 (cliche, yes) 09. We used a condom and even changed it and got a new one half-way through just to be safe. On Feb 21 I came down with bronchitis and was on the z-pack and an inhaler for about a week. Now, my period is almost a week late and I am freaking out. Do you think it's late because I was sick, or do you think I could be pregnant?
