How much does it cost to switch plates from one car to another?

i used to own a 1992 plymouth acclaim 4 door sedan, tomarow i am planing on buying a 1991 chevy cavalier 4 door sedan, now i got the plates from my 92 acclaim still and it updated, the sticker and plates are still good, ok i want to switch the plates from my 92 acclaim to my new 91 chevy cavalier cuz it would save me some money, after i switch the plates and get registration and all that good stuff to my new car how much is it goin to cost? i now there is a 65.00 dollar fee to do the title in my name, also i live in illinois, thanks
